Marti Skin for 0.5, 0.6 perhaps.

I updated Marti skin to make it work on 0.5, even if it still needs a few fixes (sliders, some labels, tabcontrol alignements). It's more of a GEGUI version needs, as having to patch CEGUI is a bit hard...
If CEGUI has it inside it would be Ok, even better to use outline.
But until that, it can be a simple option config choice if a config file appears.
(could be a "PlacementwindowType=" choice.)

@baxissimo: both windows are resizable. @martignasse: Didn't made any changes, was pretty complete as is. Only problem is indeed Tab button sizing itself vertically... which is perhaps a cegui problem. I should have a "gui usability rethinking" session before adding anything. Only planned ...

Because when i press "Add window" on a "Tab control", i still get the "does not accept children" message. Or does it work differently? Oups, was meaning we can add children to a Tab. Not adding new Tabs, sorry. I didn't test that, and I may even need It. So if it's not...

Updated to support "Falagard" skins.

now Add window works with MartiSkin, vanilla, etc...
(alias support for standard skins also added.)

Same zip as above.

Now that I've all I need, I'll stop there and make my first cegui App YAOMV
