Added a Wiki section on CEGUI with GLUT

Hi Folks,

I spent a couple days playing around with CEGUI using OpenGL's GLUT library. My thought was to start with as lightweight a life-support system as possible while experimenting.

I took my notes and put them into a new wiki entry located at:

Hopefully it's coherent and useful. Any feedback is appreciated.

I dont use OpenGL directly with Cegui but this looks really good and Im sure it will be quite useful for many others.
