Noob - Untextured polygons.

Hi all,

I'm very green at all this so please be kind :D

I've created a small 3d application and trying to prototype getting CEGUI on top of it. The forums have been quite helpful in getting me started and I do now believe I have the gui rendering! However, I have come across something very strange.

I see the geometry being rendered however, I don't have any textures being applied to the geometry! I checked my GUI Log; I've pasted it below:

One thing that i've noticed that is strange is that if I do not make the call:

CEGUI::Window* guiLayout = CEGUI::WindowManager::getSingleton().loadWindowLayout("../datafiles/layouts/VanillaWindows.layout" );

The frame window I create in code will show textured text correctly. All textures seem to disappear when I try loading the layout. I'm using the standard vanilla layout (with the modified relative paths to data) So, this leads me to believe I may have something wrong with my configuration but, I'm not sure where to go from that point on.

Any help that could be provided would be greatly appreciated as I think this is the last hump to getting the right pixels on the screen....
