Where is CEGUI Editor for 0.4.0?

For help with general CEGUI usage:

Where is CEGUI Editor for 0.4.0?

I accidentally upgraded to 0.5.0 and need the old editor back. When is the 0.4.0 CEGUI editor going to be posted?
