CEGUI works too slowly in some cases

For help with anything that CEGUI doesn't offer straight out-of-the-box, e.g.:
- Implementation of new features, such as new Core classes, widgets, WindowRenderers, etc. ...
- Modification of any existing features for specific purposes
- Integration of CEGUI in new engines or frameworks and writing of new plugins (Renderer, Parser, ...) or modules

CEGUI works too slowly in some cases

Greetings

I have FrameWindow with more than 20 EditBoxes and some static text. When mouse pointer is inside this window everything is ok, but when it goes outside it starts moving extremely slowly (FPS is decreased 10 times). I tried to check it under OpenGL and Direct3D 9 renderers but result is the same. If to hide this framewindow everything comes ok.
Is it some sort of bug? Are there any ideas how to fix this?
I have rather fast PC (Pentium 4 2.8GHz/1G RAM/Radeon 9800). Checked it on GeForce 6800 with the same result.

PS. Something simular happens when I try to resize almost any frame window.
