Compiling a tutorial - OGRE3D and Cegui.

For help with anything that CEGUI doesn't offer straight out-of-the-box, e.g.:
- Implementation of new features, such as new Core classes, widgets, WindowRenderers, etc. ...
- Modification of any existing features for specific purposes
- Integration of CEGUI in new engines or frameworks and writing of new plugins (Renderer, Parser, ...) or modules

Compiling a tutorial - OGRE3D and Cegui.

Postby Luz » Thu Oct 13, 2005 17:39

Hey!

I been trying to figure this out the last 2 hours now. I am stuck on the Ogre Tutorial 6..

I am guessing because I cant figure out the very basic stuff, as to how I link the right paths and/or files.

I am using Linux (debian) and Kdevelop. If someone got experience with this combination I hope you can talk me thru this, because I am not progressing on the error

I get errors like :
/usr/include/CEGUI/CEGUIString.h:1535: undefined reference to `CEGUI::String::grow(unsigned int)'

keep in mind that I have installed CEGUI and it is in /usr/include/CEGUI, but still something is wrong

do you have "/usr/include/CEGUI/" in include? I've include and I can compiled

If you compile your code, you verify mouse cursor render
