CELayoutEditor older versions badly needed

In the downloads section in CELayoutEditor subsection, there is a place for older versions of CELayoutEditor, which says only "Updating soon!". We plan on using CEGUI 0.4.1, because version 0.5.0 seems not entirely compatible with other software we use, and I'm new here, so I don't know for how long does it say that, but if you could PLEASE put there at least binary for CELayoutEditor 0.4.1, it would save me an awful amount of work.

it's good that you point me to that "promise", because that page is a bit unclear. There is still a working link on the 0.4.1 page:
