Wrapping Tabs & Window Snapping

Just a couple features I thought would be cool while working on my interface:
1 - Wrapping Tabs
for example, if you have a skinny side toolbar and put in, say, 6 tabpanes, they would wrap onto 2 lines if they exceeded the tabcontrol's width.
2 - Window Snapping
so if you were moving a toolbar, you could have it snap to certain positions if it was dragged near them.
