Basically, if you only have one widget on the layout and you delete it and then try to add another one a Fatal Exception gets thrown.

Steps:

Select new layout
Add a widget/window (ex. 'Frame Window')
Select the widget and press delete
Click on 'Add window' as if you where going to add a new widget
Notice the Fatal Exception

CELayoutEditor::OnFatalException - CELayoutEditor has encountered a fatal exception and needs to terminate. A debug report will be generated if you desire.
