MultiColumnList suggestions

Hi,

Disclaimer: I'm on 0.7.4 (so all this may already be implemented/junked )

• MultiColumnList::autoSizeColumnHeader should optionally include the column titles in setting width (In 0.7.4 it nicely fits the column, but truncates the title)
• MultiColumnList::autoSizeColumnHeader could make use of a user-specified padding to add to the min width
• ensureItemIsVisible for items in the MCL would be verrry nice! Discussed here.

Does this make sense?

Hi,

I don't think any of these have been added since 0.7.4 I think they're all good suggestions, and I'll add tickets to mantis for them (so they're not forgotten, like the ensureItemIsVisible thing ).
