We'd like to use CEGUI for our project and we'd like to hear some suggestions about whether we're able to create our game interfaces using this program along with C4 engine?

We do not have an official C4 CEGUI renderer. As we do not have access to the source code of C4 this is understandable. I am also not sure whether someone who has implemented a C4 CEGUI renderer is allowed to release such a work under a permissive license.

Good luck finding contractors, I sadly don't have time to commit.
