Advanced text formating [OK]

Hi guys,

I got a few questions about text. (StaticText, but i think all widgets render text using the same routine ?)

1) I see that it's possible to specify text colors, and gradients. when i specify a gradient, it fades from new on every char. don't know how to say it, i hope you understand Is there a way to have the gradient fade over the whole text ?

2) Can we change the font, size, bold/italic, ... that is used for the text ?

3) Is there a method to set colors and everything from question 2) on every single char ? somewhat like This

4) Or maybe is there some "AdvancedText" widget that handles all this ?

sorry, I think i didn't search good enough

Question 1 & 3: that contribution is interesting to color every character

Question 2: change font (for the whole text only)

question 4: this seems not to be doable yet, when looking at the roadmap but are you already working on it ? how far is it ?

The only question that i still have is how to set italic, bold and underlined ?

again, sorry for the post i wrote down what i found as a reference.
