Compiled Tools - where to download latest EXE BUILDs?

Are there any links to download the tools already compiled? I rather not download the tools and supporting libs to compile them. I don't have the time or the energy. It would be nice to have a link on the front page to receive the latest builds.

I realize they change often but one could post new builds monthly or something. I have also seen some sites that automate the building of projects from SVN and post them nightly. That's really nice.

Only the Layout Editor has a precompiled download, which is available from sourceforge:

We're working on a new version, but this one is stable and usable too.
