Hey all,
I'm pretty new to cegui, and using/contributing to 3rd party/open-source APIs in general. I was just wondering if there where any set procedures for contributing patches to this project. I did look around but could not find any information...I am fairly lazy, so if I missed it please excuse me
I don't know if I'll actually be able to contribute anything, but it'd be nice to know the procedure if need be. Would I just post a change log in a thread, or is there some formal patch-submission area/guidelines?
Thanks.

Hi,
regarding patches, there is no 'rule'. The best options would seem to add a ticket in the mantis tracker (see left panel on homepage) and add your patch(es) as an attachment.
Thanks in advance for any contribution

I'm in the process of (very) slowly getting the project geared up for a more formalised development approach - this includes us CEGUI developers as well as community submissions. Generally all of this will 'hit' with the 0.7.0 release.
So, until then, the only things I would say are:
- patches should be in unified format
- generally each patch should do one thing only.
And, I add my thanks also, in advance, for any submissions
CE.
