CELayoutEditor 0.6.3 For Win is Broken

Hey Guys,

I've tried installing the LayoutEditor via the Windows installer, and the compressed binaries, and each time I run the application (after the installation), I receive a runtime error with the message that it's not configured correctly.

I've tested it on a new Windows XP 32bit installation, and with a fresh download of the installer.

No logfile is generated.

Are you aware of this? Is there any workaround?

Ensure you have the latest C/C++ runtime redistributables installed and all the windows security updates.

Verified. Still not working.

I also tested it on my friend's computer, same result.

Same problem on my box. I have MSVC 7.1 to 9.0 SP1 installed and I also downloaded the MSVC 8.0 and 8.0 SP1 redist packages, but still the same.
And I couldn't find a way to determine the exact library version it was linked against. Depends.exe just shows the names (which lead to msvc .

I also tried v0.7.1, but there CEGUIFalagardWRBase.dll is missing 'registerAllFactories', so I can't run it either. Currently I'm gett wxwidgets in order to build it myself.
